TOPMY Shipping Policy

At TOPMY, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.



1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping partner.

Typical delivery time:
7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.



3. Shipping Delays

TOPMY is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Shipping carriers.
Customs clearance.
Severe weather conditions.
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

We appreciate your patience if unexpected delays occur.



4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, TOPMY cannot guarantee successful delivery or issue a refund.




5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, TOPMY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are encouraged to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery location.




6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear after shipment.



7. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment is completed.

 

8. Returns & Refunds:

We only accept returns or refunds for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We do not accept returns for size issues or change of mind.
